If you put too much on your plate at a breakfast buffet, it isn't because
you want to have a stomachache later on. When you pile on the waffles, the
danish pastries, the omelets, and so on, you do so because they all look
so good and appetizing to you at the time and your mouth is watering. And
when your plate becomes overloaded in your personal life, it is sometimes
for the same reasons. Today be careful about putting too much on your
plate in terms of personal responsibilities. It could lead to a
metaphorical stomachache later on.
