所以讓自己去探索新的人事物吧，別只是「走」出舒適圈，而是「跳」出它！
例如悄悄加入從來沒有聊過天的團體，然後向大家介紹自己；
找一些機會去深入一些新的領域，每一次你體驗新東西，你就為自己增加能量，
而且也會增加未來對新連結熟悉的機會。
