it isn't tainted by your own bias. It's hard to be objective when someone is
making a decision that could hurt them in some way, but you have to come
through with a transparent response. Before you answer, take some time to
look at all the facts and to weigh the positives and the negatives. If you
can honestly evaluate it one way or the other, then be clear about your own
opinion too. You can make a difference in this person's life if you deliver
your response with clarity and without bias.
