deserve something special that is coming your way. Maybe that's because you
are behind on some project, or there are too many other things to do, or for
some other trivial reason. You need to acknowledge that you should be better
to yourself - not just because you deserve it, but also because the
occasional indulgence will make you better at everything else you have to do.
