person you have to deal with. This individual may not be easy to get along
with, and your hands may be tied as you search for a solution. You can't
make someone become agreeable. You can't force this person to do anything
they don't want to do. But you can do everything you are capable of on
your own and seek out other assistance. Upon taking the power out of this
person's hands, you may find they come around with better behavior.
