Getting someone to do something you want them to do is better accomplished by
inspiring them or challenging them (based on their aptitude and character)
rather than giving them blunt, direct orders. You may be in a position now
where you need to form a team or gather allies to help you with a quest now,
Pisces. You may think of yourself as neither a leader nor a follower but as
someone who simply marches to your own drum. Leading someone or being in
charge of others may not come naturally. But if you use your natural gift for
inspiration, you can get excellent results.
