can't go into this with an open mind, Cancer, you will only turn this into
a frustrating experience, for you and for others. If you really want to
help or be involved, you need to go in with an attitude of compromise and
fairness. You may have great ideas, and if you are open to other people's
ideas, yours will stand a better chance of being implemented.
