into the mainstream. You can certainly give of yourself in a charitable way
by donating your time to a cause or a person who needs you. You can get in
touch with those you've lost touch with. You could even get a journal and
write down your feelings to explore later on for better self-understanding.
Don't lose hope - seek hope instead.
