Just as fear can keep you hidden and afraid, it can also scare away the
forces that are sent to help you. When you are in fear of something, that
fear resonates through your mind and your body. It can become palpable. It
can cause you to experience anxiety and physical manifestations of fear;
therefore, any good energy that is seeking you out to protect you might not
be able to penetrate fear's boundaries. If you want spiritual help for a
problem, you first have to chase away the fear. Work on internal harmony and
help will arrive.
