promised not to tell, your promise may seem like a tiger in a cage, pacing
and hoping to get out. You may even tell yourself that if you reveal what you
know, you would be doing so for the other person's benefit. But you may be
deluding yourself. Think about how you would feel if you confided in someone
and they told your secret. Just be supportive and understanding.
