you can find happiness for free - if you know how. If you are feeling
somewhat less than happy now, you must first free yourself of any painful
thoughts or worries that occupy your mind. In that space, you can put
heppiness. Finding it will be easier once you work at getting past what
concerns you.

得不是那麼快樂，那你首先必須丟掉任何痛苦的想法或是盤據你心頭的憂慮。在某個
空間裡，你可以存放快樂。一旦你開始擺脫那些讓你煩憂的事，就會更容易找到那個
空間。
