Someone who is in charge with a venture or a project you are also involved

you on edge and make you feel unsure of where things are going, and whether
you want to stay on board or not. You have that option, of course, Aquarius,
but if you bail out now you may regret it. For one thing, that leader who
isn't much of a leader may eventually bail out too, and then you won't be
around to take over.
