突然之間，好像大家都需要你，連你只稍微尬一腳的事都需要你關注。有時就是會這樣。你在建立領導力，不過有時候你會高估自己的能力，變得一次處理太多事。就是在說現在，你的責任已經多到滿出來了。儘管如此，你還是齁得住。雖然你大概不想這麼做，不過把一些工作分派給其他人會幫你減輕許多負擔。畢竟再怎麼說，這些事很大機率本來就是他們該負責的。

It may seem that suddenly everyone needs you, and every task you are even mildly engaged in requires your attention. Sometimes it happens that way. You are built for leadership, Leo, but sometimes you overestimate your ability to deal with so many things all at once. That may be the case right now, and your plate may be overflowing with obligations. Nonetheless, you can handle it. You may not want to, but delegating certain obligations to others would lighten your load significantly. And, after all,
those things are probably their responsibilities anyway.
