Did you make a vow to yourself recently to change something big in your life?

has been a part of your life, maybe even became a habit or that just been
familiar. It's scary to make a big change that requires the exploration of
new territory. Even if you are tempted to hold back from this change for a
while, don't give up on the idea altogether. Transformation takes time, but
it can change your world in a wonderful way.
