If you want to get your detractors on board with your ideas,
then give them a role in the process.
They may take you up on it just to prove you wrong, Aries,
but once they see your commitment and your logic,
they will understand why it all makes sense.
Arguing is pointless.
Trying to preach to people with closed ears won't work.
When they can dive in and see for themselves
the merits and practicality of your approach,
they will join your team.
It's a non-confrontational, friendly way to gain allies.

想讓跟自己唱反調的人理解你的想法，
就邀他們參加你的團隊吧。
或許他們加入，只是為了證明你是錯的，
不過，羊羊，一旦他們了解你的邏輯，
還有你的付出與努力，
這些人便會了解為什麼你有這樣的想法。

試著跟這些人辯解沒什麼意義，
想要把想法傳遞給捂著耳朵的人是行不通的。
當他們可以用自己的眼睛看到、
了解到你的切入點是實際而且有其價值的，
他們自然就會站到你這邊來。

想要找到同盟，這是個不需要跟人家起爭執的友善方法。

常常會說很多卻發現對方是水泥腦袋
有的時候真的不是要對方聽進去我的意見
而只是希望他可以換個角度看事情
