You may believe that not trusting someone fully is like having insurance on a

something to safeguard your decision, then that isn't really trust. You may
not understand why someone would be upset by this kind of behavior, but it
suggests a lack of faith and maybe even a suspicion that this person isn't
capable of living up to a promise. Either trust or don't trust, but there is
