You are the manager in charge of your emotions, Moonchild. If someone says
something to anger you, you don't have to react with angry words or get
enraged with vengeful thoughts. Likewise, if someone disappoints you, you
may feel sad - but you don't have to internalize that sadness and let it
affect your world. This means that you are also in charge of being happy.
Even if some circumstance in your life now is not perfect, you can still
be happy about so many other things. And the funny thing is, when you
choose to be happy - happy things start happening.
