sensitive and feeling very vulnerable right now. If you hold it all in, it
will only eat away at you.
Indulge in those feelings and allow yourself to laugh and to cry. Although you
may feel very volatile, with alternating bouts of anger, compassion, and
forgiveness, you will get through this phase and you'll feel so much better
on the other side of it.
