By not agreeing to discuss an obvious problem, someone is denying you a
solution. This person may feel that avoiding the subject will fix things, but
it won't. By playing along with that theory you are enabling this person's
avoidance. It's time to discuss something that has been on your mind.
It may stir up some raw emotions, but won't it be a relief to get it out in the
open? Once you do, you will discover that shedding light on the problem will
reveal that it isn't such a huge problem after all.
