Someone may be evading your questions, Capricorn. There is something you need
to know, but you just can't get a straight answer. Two can play that game,
though. If a certain person is not cooperating as they should, then you need
to be less accommodating as well if you want to get their attention.
You have probably tried everything you can think of to get this person to
respond, so you have very few choices left in how to proceed. If all else
fails, you should have the right to make choices or decisions based on what you
know now, and if the other party isn't happy with that - then that's too bad.
