will probably feel resentful. Even if your advice is excellent and could
truly help make that person's life easier or better, they may turn away from
it. But if you offer constructive criticism and guidance to someone in a
caring, inspiring way, it will be a whole different story. You may be angry
at someone who keeps making the same mistake, but this person will be more
receptive if you sugarcoat your approach.
