You have been working hard to achieve something. Perhaps this involves a
major life change, Moonchild. This may even be up there among one of the
more challenging changes a person can make, and you are feeling the
effects. You may even have the urge to retreat to your shell until it is
all over, but you might think that wouldn't be the responsible thing to do.
But maybe it would be the best thing of all. During the most difficult
emotional challenges, retreating to your shell can be a really great idea -
almost like hibernating. Give yourself permission to take a break. When
you emerge, the world will be ready for you, and you will be ready for the
world.
