You may be feeling so overwhelmed with something you have to do that you
can't think straight. Still, someone who relies on you may come to you with a
demand on your time. This person, who may not be as strong or as wise as you,
will clearly need your assistance. Out of frustration you may feel inclined
to not only say no, but to do so angrily.
Stop and count to ten, Aries. If you can help someone else out now, while you
are feeling so challenged, you may be able to step outside of yourself and
find greater balance. By helping another person, you may wind up helping
