You may be feeling that a joint effort was not such a great idea, Leo. You may have spent so much time trying to teach someone, answer their questions, and hold their hand when things become challenging that very little has gotten done.
But once you work through this phase, it could be very different. By investing time in guiding someone now, you will eventually have a very capable source of assistance. Don't look at it as a waste of your time.
