r mind, or to formulate a plan for your future. That's great. There is no sham
e in wanting some alone time. Just because someone else wants you to be there
for them does not mean you have to say yes if you aren't up to it. If you say
yes anyway, you will only feel resentful and it will show in your demeanor. Ta
ke some time for yourself first, and then you'll be ready, willing, and able t
o help out someone else.
