You may feel that you are only treading water now as you try to keep from drowning in a sea of obligations, Leo. You are so responsible that you often take on responsibilities that you really don't have to when you see that someone you care about has the need for help.
But this penchant sometimes leaves you feeling like you are overwhelmed and going under. If you are feeling exasperated, head for shore. There are at least a few obligations that other people are perfectly capable of taking care of. Call them out on that.
