Keeping something from someone isn't necessarily a bad thing. You may be
feeling guilty because you haven't revealed a secret, or because you are
presently unwilling to discuss a private matter with someone who is central
in your life. This person may try to make you feel guilty, or you may simply
feel guilty because you don't like keeping secrets. Either way, you need to
wait for the perfect moment to express what you have to say. Otherwise you
won't be ready to say it - and the other person may not be ready to hear it.
保留從某人那邊得到的某種東西並不一定是壞事。你可能會因為沒有揭露一個祕密，或是
不願意和生活中心的某人討論一件私事而有罪惡感。或許是這人刻意讓你有罪惡感，但也
可能只是你不喜歡保密而已。無論是哪個理由，你都必須等待那個讓你表達的好時機。不
然你也還沒準備好要說，而且別人也可能還沒準備好要聽。
