It is okay to get angry. Everyone gets angry from time to time. It is human
nature. But it is how you handle that anger energy that really matters. If
you lash out at a punching bag to let it out, or if you run a few miles to
release the anger, that's good. If you pour your anger into something that
will make your life better - like a new opportunity of some kind, that's good
too. But if you let your anger run haywire, there is the possibility of
hurting yourself or someone else. You may be angry now about an injustice.
But make sure you are letting it out in the right way.
