The best arguments do not involve a lot of shouting, name-calling, or the
goal of proving someone wrong and yourself right. A good argument is fair,
honest and respectful, and it should lead to a conclusion where the truth is
validated without pointing the finger at anyone. You may be involved in some
sort of a conflict with someone now who may be particularly disagreeable. You
may think that shouting and all of above is the only way to deal with it. But
if you follow the guidelines for a healthy argument, the truth will inevitably
rise to the surface.
