Most times we assume that something that is more expensive must be better.

house, but pricing is determined and deals are made all the time that may
not reflect the true value. You may have the perception now that
something someone in your world has deemed as cheap or not worthwhile
doesn't justify even a consideration. But instead of basing your decision
on someone else's assumption, you really need to check it out and make
