The word regret should not be a part of your vocabulary, Moonchild.
Because unless a regret can be used to teach you something that will make
your life better in the future, it is usually useless and damaging. You
may be regretting something that happened some time back because you did
not attain something you wanted very much. Now you may keep going over the
scenario in your mind, imagining what you should have done differently.
But if you did everything you knew to do or were able to do at the time,
that is not a cause for regret. Keep hoping and pour that energy into
optimistic thinking. Your desire could still materialize.

遺憾這個詞不應該出現在你的字典裡，月之子。因為除非遺憾可以教會你一些事，而
且會讓接下來的人生過得更好，不然遺憾通常對你沒有用，還會自我消耗。你可能對
前陣子發生的事感到很遺憾，因為你沒得到你非常想要的東西。而現在你也許會在心
頭不斷重演過往的那些情節，想像著如果當時怎麼做，現在是不是就不一樣了。但是
如果你把知道的和可以做的都做了，那就沒有理由感到遺憾了。繼續期待吧，並且傾
注這份心力在正面思考上，你的渴望還是會成真的。
