You may be focusing more on what went wrong with a recent endeavor than on what went right. You aren't necessarily a pessimist, Aries, but you do tend to perseverate over problems and challenges. That's not because you want to beat yourself up - it's more because you want to review what went wrong so that you can be more in control next time, and fix any potential problems. But don't become so focused on the negative issues from a past venture that you fail to see the positive aspects of it, and that you
don't recognize what went right.

最近盡力做了某件事情，
你可能正專注于出錯的地方，
卻忽略了做得好的地方。
你並不是悲觀主義者，羊羊，
但是你很容易執著于難題跟挑戰。
並不是因為你想要折磨自己，
你只是想要重審哪裡出了差錯，
這樣一來下一次你就更能掌握狀況，
然後把可能出錯的地方先處理好。
但是，對於過去的嘗試，
不要過於專注在那些不好的問題，
以至於沒注意到好的方面，
導致沒有認可順利的部分。

因為羊羊總是全力以赴、想要做到最好
所以真的很容易陷入這種“折磨自己”的情況
念念不忘的常常都是沒做好的部分
想著怎麼樣可以改進

其實稍微放鬆一點點
或許會發現自己已經做得非常棒了
即便有些缺陷
