wonderful. Letting go of a heartache or that anxiety of a painful event can
be extraordinarily healing. However, even though you are finding it in your
heart to forgive someone, you have not chosen to do the same thing for
yourself.
Let go of an old source of guilt or regret. Don't allow it to torture you
anymore. Don't allow yourself to dwell on something for which you have
already paid the price. Let it go and move on.
