tempted to lash out and express what you are feeling. It may even be far more
than a temptation - you may be tempted to lash out an express what you're
feeling.
If so, though, you need to hold back. You are in too highly emotional a state
to release it in this way. Find another way to deal with what you're feeling.
You could regret it later if you reveal too much too soon. Give it some time
to level out before you say anything.
