You don't like conflict. That is probably an understatement. In fact, Virgo,
you probably avoid conflict at all costs. And yet there is someone now who
presents a conflict that you may not be able to turn away from. So what can
you do as someone who refuses to engage in a fight or a disagreement?

You can try to understand where that person is coming from. Hard as it may
be, you can try to comprehend that person's viewpoint and the reasons for it.
Even if you don't agree, you will gain the compassion necessary to deal with
the problem in a much easier and less confrontational way.
