Worry is a choice, though you may not think so right now Aries. Something is
on your mind, and you probably think that it's reasonable to worry about it.
After all, worry could help you to come up with a solution, right?
Actually, it isn't worry that finds solutions - it is creative brainstorming
driven by positive goals. Worry keeps good ideas at bay because the fear it
stirs doesn't always allow those ideas to come forward. If there is something
important you are worried about, shift your perspective and find a solution.
