牛牛們總是非常的熱心想要幫助別人，但是我們很有可能會過於熱心。我們身邊有朋友需要我們的幫助，而身為熱心的牛牛我們會竭盡所能得幫忙。但是要小心不要超過自己能力所及，不管是哪一方面。如果我們熱心過了頭我們會變成需要幫助的那個人。只做我們能夠做到的事情，要設好停損點。
