但其實我個人不太鼓勵大家要一直把自己硬撐著，
偶爾釋放一些溫柔和負面對自己來說事實上是好事。
當過於排斥放出感性的那部分自我，
在某一天必定會用無法想像的方式反噬回來。

任何事情都是需要練習的，
比起讓重要的人們理所當然覺得我們永遠都會是樂觀陽光的，
不如讓他們也有很多次的練習機會，
知道我們其實也不總是可以這麼的像顆小太陽XD

不勉強一定要這麼做，但是請試著去做做看吧: )
