technical knowledge: you get on, put up the kickstand, and pedal. But it also
requires realigning your balance and a building up those muscles that may not
have been used for quite some time. Don't be hard on yourself if you aren't
falling right into an old routine. You'll get it right soon enough; just keep
working on it.
