如果你對某件事使用需要長時間的方法，它會逐漸變成一條唯一的方式。
那並不代表你沒有彈性的能力或是嘗試新的事情。
這是說你會大幅缺少其他嘗試，或是其他選擇。
當你逐漸卡在生活某個面向時，同樣地它也有點限制住你的選擇。
就客觀而言是限制住了，但這個限制只僅存在你個人的限制之中。
打破熟悉的模式，然後找到全新和獨特的方法。

If you do something in a certain way for a long period of time, it eventually
becomes the only way you can do it. That doesn't mean you are no longer
capable of being flexible and trying something new; it just means that you
are far less likely to try, or to even consider another option. When you
become "stuck" in life with something, it can severely limit your options.
A current objective may be limited, but it may be limited only by your own
personal restrictions. Break out of the familiarity mold, and
find a new and unique approach.
