有些人大概對吵架或爭論這件事很感冒。
不過我覺得我的朋友說的也不錯，
有時候就是要吵一吵才會把很多平常不能說、不知道怎麼說的事情說出來。
但是，除了用力發洩出積壓已久的情緒，
是不是有更好的方式能處理這些不開心的事情呢？
畢竟讓情緒淹沒之後的低落還是有點讓人不舒服的。
與其讓彼此都被累積已久的情緒沖昏頭，不如平常就稍微疏洪一下吧XD
