You may have to work with someone who has dramatically different ideas about
how to get things done. Being a strong-minded (and sometimes stubborn) Leo,
this may be hard to take. After all, you already have your own ideas on how
to proceed, and you are probably quite certain that your way is the best way.
Still, it couldn't hurt to listen to what the other person has to say. If you
don't agree with the strategy, at least you will have shown that you are
willing to listen and to work together as a team. Then again, you may just
discover something that will make your venture easier and more successful.
