While it's nice to be able to pamper yourself now and then, if you make

a habit of it - or if you continually use overindulgence as a way of

dealing with your problems - then it will become a bad habit. Make a

point of being good to yourself, but you have to limit spoiling yourself

so that you don't create an unnecessary problem.
