Having to deal with someone you don't like or who irritates you can bring the
worst out in you. It may feel a bit like listening to nails scratch across a b
lackboard. You can become agitated, short-tempered, and impatient. But it may
not be the other person's fault that you feel that way about them, and it prob
ably isn't going to change on its own. You can, however, alter your reaction.
You may have to work with or deal with someone who just rubs you the wrong way
. With a little bit of creative delegation, though, you may be able to find a
more suitable and productive situation for both of you - or at least learn to
like something about this individual, which might be the right approach to tak
e.

你可能得和那些用錯方法，讓你感到惱火的人相處、共事。

但是透過一些有創意的委託，搞不好能為彼此找到一個更適合、更有效率的相處模式——
或至少學著喜歡這個人的某些優點，這才是正確的方向。
