沮喪時，你應該找到一個方式去應對它而不是完全忍耐。
你能在緊繃的狀況下依舊保持冷靜是件非常棒的事情，
但當壓力過大時，你真的需要某種紓壓方式來宣洩一下。

riled up.
That may be something you should work on changing.
That's not to say that you should try to develop a problem with anger
management; what this means is that when you do wind up seething or simmering
or just upset you should find a way to cope with it rather than holding it
all in.
It's great that you are able to stay cool under tense circumstances;
but you really need some kind of a release valve for when you need to let off
some steam.
