餘的時間。

時間殘忍但很公平，因為每個人所擁有的時間都是固定的。

我們或許會因為一時的懶散而失去動去，或是焦躁、憂慮等心理因素而遲遲不肯動手，但

仍不要忘記去面對。

同時，也別責備浪費時間的自己，那些乍看浪費的細瑣時間，其實是給自己休息、喘息的

動力來源。
