呣呣~生活上可能有許多讓你發脾氣的原因，而現在的你越來越接近忍受的臨界點了。

某些人可能故意慫恿、煽動你，或做些、說些會把你惹毛的事情。

然請理性的思考這件事情。

對你而言發脾氣能獲得什麼好處嗎? 沒有。

事實上，對這種事情發脾氣可能會讓你感到十分愚蠢、不明智。

若你想要暫緩這氛圍，不妨關掉所有的社群軟體，去散散步放鬆心情。

總而言之，先想辦法讓自己冷靜下來。

如果你不因此走火入魔、失去理智，那麼你便可以很順利地解決當前的問題。

「想」是我生活中常常做的事情。

舉凡工作、生活、交際、感情，只要需要與他人對話的場合，我都會習慣先想而非直接下

評論。

即便是看到很直觀的事情，抑或是八卦仇恨性言論，我都會選擇想一下。

想，並不是為他人的說詞開脫，或是替某些群體找藉口，而是讓自己緩和情緒。文字是能

煽動人心的工具，如果因此讓自己也陷入情緒漩渦中，那麼你便無法理性的思考事情。

或許有些時刻很難克制自己的衝動，進而脫口某些不雅的詞彙，但你仍需要在說出口之前好

好地「想」一下，哪怕是慢五秒鐘再說出都好，你會發現你的想法在這五秒內會起了極大

的轉變。

這並非要呣呣們溫良恭儉讓，而是盡可能避免過度情緒化的字眼傷害、反噬回自己。

It takes a lot for you to get the point where you lose your temper , Taurus ,

But think about it logically.

What will you gain by losing it ?

Not a bit .

In fact , it will probably make you feel foolish and self-conscious if you lose

your temper.

If you need to , take a walk or shut off communication for a bit.

Just take a break until you calm down.

Your current situation can be dealt with most successfully if you don't go off

the deep end.
