我們在面對某個人，特別是重要的對象時，往往會加諸過多的理想在他人身上，卻又因對

方的所作所為與期望不符而患得患失。

腳踏實地雖然是呣呣們的本性，但正因為踏實所以會更加深自己對於期望的執著。

「我都按照步驟來了，怎麼可能會與期望不同呢?」

這類想法正是造成落差的最大主因。

然而，當自己有這種念頭時，不妨多想想他人的歧異性。

每個人都是獨立的個體，會有不同想法也是理所當然的事情。

若對方的行為與你所想有落差也別太難過或低落，因為有落差的並非全是壞事，適當的溝

通或協調反而更能加深彼此的羈絆。
