氣力。

幫助這件事本身並沒有錯，但有時須學會如何「狠心」，或者稱「放手」。

一段良好的協助建立在適時的放手上:你把手伸過去是協助，但同樣地，你把手放開亦是。

無須因此而背負罪惡感，你已做到該做的事情了。

Being empathic and compassionate are very admirable traits.

We should all treat others the way we wish to be treat.

But when you are overly emopathic and compassionate to the point where you make

excuses for someone , your response can become unrealistic , and you can set

yourself up to be taken advantage of.

Someone new in your life may offer quite a sob story , and you may feel compelled

to help.

Just be sure what you see in genuine rather than emotional manipulation.
