即便是一流的演員，也會有忘記腳本而需要臨場反應的時候。

不管再怎麼樣的密集排練、或是高度的自我要求，有時候忘記就是忘記了。

妳會在事前為自己的心底做一遍又一遍的心理建設，或是做些額外的準備應對，但妳
仍會害怕在緊要關頭時搞砸一切。

這失敗的感覺大概是無可計量的。

但有時候先做好最壞的打算是可以增強妳的信念的，呣呣~

註:與其害怕失敗，不如一開始就做好失敗的打算，至少事情發生時不會恐慌。

You may have gone over and over a presentation or the sharing of some news in
your mind , but you may be fearful that you will screw it up when it comes
down to expressing what you have to say.

It wouldn't hurt to write it down.
